Please read carefully. By booking an appointment you agree that you have read and agree to all my policies.
All policies will be followed through for fairness between all clients.
General Policies
To keep my business running smoothly, I have the following policies in place. Please respect me and my business by reading and following my policies, otherwise no future appointments will be accepted. Thank you.
All bookings made are subject to change. If the time or date you have booked does not suit me, I will let you know promptly and cancel or change your appointment date/time if needed.
Unfortunately no under 12s or extra guests are allowed due to safety reasons.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, please be patient and expect to wait on me to answer the door for you. If you arrive late, please understand that I will only be able to do what I can with the time we have left. I won’t run into my next clients time. If you are too late, your appointment may be cancelled, and full payment will be required.
Read my cancellation policies carefully.
A patch test is required on certain services at least 24 hours in advance.
Please use a bathroom if possible before arriving as this is a home based salon, so bathroom use may not always be available.
When possible, enquire at least 24 hours beforehand if address is needed.
There is no card machine available, cash only.
My message notifications are always off. Please expect to wait up to 24 hours on weekdays & 72 hours on weekends for me to respond to your messages. On occasion, during holidays, I may not be able to respond for the duration of my time off. This will be communicated via an automated message when you message me during those times.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may change, and needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment may be necessary. However, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your booking when possible. This gives me an opportunity to hopefully fill the slot and avoid losing income.
To be able to receive a refund on your deposit, you must cancel the appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that £5 of your deposit is non refundable to cover admin costs, even if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will lose your deposit and a new one must be paid to secure a new appointment. You can only reschedule once per booking, otherwise a new deposit will be required and your original deposit will not be refunded.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, this must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or the original amount must be paid.
Failure to attend your appointment will require full payment.
Unfortunately there are no exceptions as everyone must be treated equally and fairly. Enforcing these policies help keep my small business running smoothly.
If, for any reason, I need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, I will fairly offer a future appointment at 60% of the cost.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and keep it secure. However, no online transmission is ever completely secure.
